I have to admit that they behaved very professionally, however, their willingness to help was not very good, just limited to saying it can't be done and not looking for how to help.

Terrible service, overcrowded, they didn't serve me well, they gave me the same shift as someone else and the cashier didn't want to serve me, I struggled too much to replace a card, and they didn't even answer my questions
